Having successfully navigated the complexities of securing loans for his development ventures and some business Nick understands the value of a finance broker with an extensive network of lenders and products to adapt to changing circumstances.

His involvement with various trades, suppliers, and manufacturers has given him a unique outlook on the diverse needs of businesses. He is passionate about bringing change to this space.

Nick looks forward to educating small businesses on available finance options, having witnessed many clients miss growth opportunities due to limited knowledge. Nick understands the challenges faced by the self-employed in securing finance, including issues like incomplete financials, varied trading times, and industry-specific considerations.

Nick’s genuine, hardworking, and relatable nature, coupled with a proficiency in numbers makes him an exciting director for Fin Trio. Beyond the business, Nick enjoys spending time with his two boys, supporting their sporting endeavours, coaching community sports, and revels in beach activities, Nick has a long history actively engaging with the local communities.

Ben’s journey has been marked by excellence, passion, and resilience from a young age. With a background shaped by excelling in various pursuits, Ben recognises the significance of swiftly pivoting and maximising opportunities at the right moment.

His adventurous spirit resulted in him spending four years in America pursuing his passion for golf, followed by an opportunity to play professional golf in China, though the onset of Covid prompted a quick change in career direction.

Growing up in the beachside town of Robe in regional South Australia, Ben has a passion for providing digital finance solutions to small businesses, bypassing geographical boundaries with a flexible work schedule and regular travel.

Since entering the brokerage arena in 2019, he successfully acquired and nurtured a growing brokerage in South Australia, focusing primarily on residential lending. He identified a significant market gap, recognising the need to provide comprehensive finance solutions for small businesses. This led him to collaborate with Nick in creating Fin Trio.

Ben has witnessed the challenges faced by small businesses lacking proper advice, resulting in difficulties obtaining funds, questionable product choices, or relying on online solutions with limited knowledge. He firmly believes that offering the right experience and advice is crucial for SMEs to maximise growth opportunities and overcome short-term hurdles within a timeline that suits their business.

With over 5 years of experience in the financial and banking sector, Tim Cornelius has established himself as a dedicated professional in the mortgage industry. Initially thriving as a Home Loan Specialist and Mobile Lender, Tim developed a reputation for his exceptional performance and ability to swiftly adapt to any situation. He consistently keeps the customer's needs at the forefront of his work, aiming to secure the right loan for the right place at the right time.

Driven by a desire to provide even greater value to his clients, Tim transitioned to becoming a mortgage broker. This move enables him to offer a wider range of products from multiple lenders, including home loans, asset financing, and commercial loans. His extensive experience includes a special focus on serving self-employed customers, skillfully navigating their unique financial situations to ensure a smooth and hassle-free lending process.

Tim's deep understanding of lending policies and procedures, combined with his commitment to his clients, makes him an invaluable resource in the mortgage industry. As a broker, Tim works for you, ensuring that you have access to the best possible loan options to meet your needs.

Outside of work, Tim is a passionate musician and a devoted father to two active boys. He enjoys spending time camping and is very involved in the local community.

Jarryd has demonstrated an strong sense of determination and self-motivation from an early age. Resulting in him leading the way with standout performances with the state basketball team, earning himself a prestigious scholarship opportunity in the United States and a training position with the 36ers. His dedication and skill have led him to compete at the highest levels of basketball in the NBL1 with South.

Beyond his ongoing athletic accomplishments, Jarryd’s fundamental commitment lies in empowering the community.  He possesses a natural talent for bringing people together, guiding them to exceed their potential. With genuine empathy and a strategic approach, he confronts challenges with bravery, unafraid to take calculated risks.

Joining the Fin Trio team was a natural step for Jarryd, driven by his genuine concern for the financial wellbeing of others. As a small business owner himself, operating both a basketball academy and shooting facility, he understands the challenges of securing funds and managing cash flow.
